The 2013 season marks the first for Charles Conley as an assistant coach at UW-Stout.

Conley comes to the Blue Devils with a wealth of coaching experience at the high school and club levels, working with both girls and boys teams.

Conley has been the RIver Falls High School girls coach since 2011 and has recorded Big Rivers Championships in 2011 and 2013. Conley currently has a 48-12-2 overall record. He was the 2011 Big Rivers Conference coach of the year. Conley was an assistant girls coach at Woodbury, Minn., High School, helping the Royals to Minnesota state championships in 2006 and 2008, second at state in 2009 and third in 2007.

Conley was the River Falls High School boys coach from 2009-12, posting an overall record of 59-26-4. His Wildcats won the 2010 regional title and advanced to the sectional championship game.

During the summer, Conley works with the St. Croix Soccer Club in Minnesota. Conley's U18 team was state runner-up in 2008 and his U19 team was a state qualifier in 2010. Conley was also the camp director for the Coerver Coaching Camp from 2007-10.

Conley received his bachelors in business administration with an emphasis on finance from UW-River Falls in 2006. He is currently working on his masters. An American Sport Education Program certified coach, Conley holds a USSF "D" National License, a NSCAA High School diploma and an NSCAA State diploma.
