Becky Ahlbrecht begins her third year as a Blue Devil assistant in 2010.  Ahlbrecht is very familiar with the WIAC, having earned All-WIAC honors at both UW-Platteville and UW-River Falls. A shortstop, Ahlbrecht played two years at UW-Platteville where she earned honorable mention honors as a sophomore and was the East Division co-player of the year during her junior year. After transferring to River Falls for her senior year, the New Richmond, Wis., native again was named All-WIAC. She was also an NFCA All-Region pick her junior and senior years. Ahlbrecht teaches elementary physical education in the New Richmond school district, where she is the head volleyball coach. She is an assistant basketball coach at New Richmond.
