Jacob Bugella joined UW-Stout track and field coaching staff in September 2024, coaching throws.
2025: Indoor: The indoor season saw Maverick Metzger earn honorable mention All-WIAC in the weight throw and Aubree Koenings earn second-team All-WIAC honors in the weight throw. Metzger, Karter Rashke and Koenings all were named
USTFCCCA All-Region. Aubree Koenings (Weight Throw) and Karter Rashke (shot put) advanced to the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championships. Rashke earnedFirst-Team All-American honors, throwing a personal-best 18.6 meters (59' 3"). Aubree Koenings finished 11th in the women's weight throw to earn USTFCCCA Second-Team All-American honors with a mark of 17.40 meters (57' 1").
Outdoor: Karter Rashke was All-WIAC Honorable Mention in the shot put and was named USTFCCCA All-Region placing fifth in the region in the shot put with a throw of 17.58 meters.At the NCAA Division III National Championships, Rashke placed ninth in the men's shot put with a throw of 17.17 meters to earn second-team USTFCCCA All-American honors.

A Rice Lake, Wis. native, Bugella earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from UW-Stout in 2022 and his master of science degrees in clinical nutrition and sports leadership from the University of Wisconsin in 2024
