Erin Kasper

UW-STOUT (2024-Present)


Erin Kasper joined UW-Stout track and field coaching staff in September 2024, coaching jumps.

2025: Indoor: Hannah Zastrow and Lawson Davis both were named second-team All-WIAC in the long jump. Davis Zastrow and Jenna Driscoll (long jump) were all named USTFCCCA All-Region. Hannah Zastrow placed sixth at the NCAA Division III Indoor National Championship to earn All-American honors. Davis finished 19th. Outdoor: Hannah Zastrow was the WIAC Champion in the high jump clearing 1.68 meters. 
Jack Rwas first in the region in the triple jump and Hannah Zastrow was second in the high jump to earn USTFCCCA All-Region recognition. 
At the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships, Hannah Zastrow was the national runner up with a personal best, and second best mark in school history, clearing 1.71 meters to be named First-Team All-American. Jack Roeber placed eighth in the men's triple jump with a mark of 14. 89 meters (48' 10.25") to earn first-team All-American honors. He also placed 14th in the long jump to earn USTFCCCA second-team All-American.
 

COACHING CAREER



Baldwin Wallace (2021-24): Assisted in the Jumps program including high jump, long jump, and triple jump. Led technical training sessions and engaged in video analysis with individual athletes to monitor progress. Provided continuous feedback to individuals during competition. Engaged with recruits brought onto campus, educating them on program details.
Amherst Steele High School (2019-24): Coordinated high jump and triple jump programs in training sessions and competition feedback. Developed and implemented age-appropriate Strength and Conditioning program for sprints, hurdles, and jumps to improve speed, strength, and power. Establish safe, fun, and productive atmosphere at practices and competitions.
Amherst Steele Junior High School (2018-19):  Instruct basic high jump/hurdle technique at 7th/8th grade level. Establish a safe, fun, and productive atmosphere at practices/competitions.
 

PLAYING CAREER


 

Baldwin-Wallace (2015-17):  2015: In her first year at Baldwin Wallace University, Kasper made an immediate impact both academically and athletically. On the track, she competed in multiple events, showcasing her versatility as a multi-event athlete. Outdoors, she recorded season- and career-best marks in the 200-meter dash (27.35), 100-meter hurdles (18.33), high jump (5'3.75"), long jump (16'7.25"), triple jump (33'4.50"), javelin (75'7"), shot put (24'6.25"), and heptathlon (3,096 points). Indoors, she earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) honors with a second-place finish in the high jump, achieving a season- and career-best mark of 5'2.25". She also posted indoor season-bests in the long jump (15'6.25") and a career-best in the triple jump (33'2"). Her efforts earned her first varsity letter, marking a strong debut in collegiate track and field. 2016: In her sophomore year, Kasper elevated her performance, earning national and conference accolades while maintaining academic excellence. She was named a CoSIDA Academic All-American third-team selection and a CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 first-team selection. She also received the BW Academic Excellence Award for the highest grade point average on the women’s track and field team and was an Academic All-OAC selection. Athletically, she excelled outdoors, securing third place in the high jump at the OAC Championships with a season-best mark of 5'6". She also achieved career-bests in the long jump (17'10.75") and triple jump (35'3.75"). Indoors, she earned NCAA Division III All-American honors with a sixth-place finish in the high jump at the national championships, posting a season-best of 5'5.25". She was named OAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on January 25 and secured third place in the high jump at the OAC Indoor Championships. Her indoor season included career-bests in the long jump (17'5.25") and triple jump (35'5"). These accomplishments earned her a second varsity letter. 2017: As senior, Kasper reached new heights, solidifying her status as one of the top Division III track and field athletes while continuing to excel academically. She was named a CoSIDA Academic All-American third-team selection, a CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 first-team selection, a United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic selection, and a Division III Elite 90 finalist. She again received the BW Academic Excellence Award for the highest GPA on the women’s track and field team and was an Academic All-OAC selection. On the track, she dominated outdoors, winning the OAC high jump title and earning USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors with a career-best mark of 5'7" at the Goucher (Md.) Meet. She placed 10th in the high jump at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships with a mark of 5'5.25". Her outdoor season also included a long jump season-best of 17'2" and a career-best triple jump of 35'8" at the OAC Championships on April 28. Indoors, she earned USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors in the high jump, achieving a career-best mark of 5'6.5" at the Division III All-Ohio Meet on February 11. She also recorded season-bests in the indoor long jump (17'2") and triple jump (33'11.5"). These achievements earned her a third varsity letter, capping a remarkable senior campaign.
Ashland University (2013-14): Indoor 60-meter hurdles season-best time of 9.58. Indoor high jump season-best mark of 5'5". Indoor 4x400-meter relay season-best time of 4:23.81

Marion Steele High School: Kasper was a four-year letterwinner in track and field. She received Academic All-Southwestern Conference honors and was a Academic All-Ohio selection.
 

PERSONAL



 An Amhearst, Ohio native, Kasper earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Baldwin-Wallace Univeristy in 2017.
