Trevor Frischmon

The 2019-20 season will mark Trevor Frischmon's sixth season as an assistant coach for the Blue Devils.

Frischmon played his college hockey at NCAA Division I Colorado College where he was a three-time member of the WCHA All-Academic Team. Frischmon also received the team's most improved player award in 2003-04, and the Steve Ebert Award in 2005-06, an award that recognizes dedication, desire, ability and sportsmanship.

Following his four-year career with the Tigers, Frischmon embarked on a professional hockey career from the 2006-07 season through a portion of the 2014-15 season.

Frischmon played professionally in the New York Islanders and Columbus Blue Jackets organizations, playing a portion of the 2009-10 season with the Blue Jackets. Frischmon played professionally in Europe in 2012-13 (Austria), 2013-14 (Sweden) and 2014-15 (England).

Frischmon hails from Ham Lake, Minn.
