Ed Roethke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Blue Devil program. Roethke, who, in the 2010-11 season, begins his 10th year as a Blue Devil assistant, was the head hockey coach at Menomonie High School where his team won the Wisconsin state championship title in 1990. Roethke will work primarily with the goalies. A UW-Stout graduate, Roethke is retired from the Menomonie School District, where, in addition to serving two stints as the head hockey coach, he taught Technology Education and Driver’s Education.
