Webb serves as the interim head coach in the 2025-26 season after spending seven seasons as an assistant with the Blue Devils

2024-2025: The Blue Devils went 8-17 and 4-10 in WIAC play. Stout started WIAC play 3-0, including a buzzer beating win over UW-River Falls and a last second win over Whitewater. Jacob Walczak and Collin Vick were both named honorable mentions for the All-WIAC Team, while Vick also secured a spot on the All-WIAC Defensive Team. Brenden Weis was selected to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team. Vick was a dominant presence on the boards, finishing second in the WIAC in rebounding with an impressive 8.4 rebounds per game. His tenacity on the glass also placed him 40th in the country in offensive rebounds.

2023-2024: The Blue Devils more than doubled their win total from the previous season, going 12-17 and qualifying for the WIAC Tournament and advanced to the semifinals for the first time since 2012-13 season. Brody Fox received All-American honors, to become Stout's second All-American in program history. Fox led the nation in field goals made with 265 and was second in total points with 719 scoring average with 26.6 points per game. Fox scored over 20 points in a game 22 times and topped 30 points nine times. Fox shot 53.1 percent from the field and averaged 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists a game. Fox's 719 points this season are the most in a single season in Blue Devil history, passing Mel Coleman's mark of 579 set in the 1968-69 season. Fox is fifth on Stout's all-time scoring list with 1,427 points. Aidan Shore was named to the WIAC All-Defensive Team. He led the league with 69 blocks which was 11th in the nation.

2022-2023: The injury bug hit the Blue Devils in the 2022-23 season with five players missing significant time. Stout set several school records in a win against Greenville. Most points in a game (147), most field goals made (67), most assists (43). Brody Fox set a school record with 70 points in the win. Fox, a sophomore guard from Mahtomedi, Minn., was leading the nation in scoring at 25.9 points per game before missing the final nine games due to injury. In 16 games played, Fox shot 56.6 percent from the floor (163-288) for 414 points. He averaged 4.8 rebounds, dished out 31 assists and had 22 steals.

2021-2022: The Blue Devils hosted their first WIAC tournament game since the 2012-13 season, finishing the year at 16-9 overall. Lovell Williams was a first team All-WIAC selection, Armani Tinsley honorable mention and Jon Ciriacks was named to the all-defensive team. The Blue Devils set a new team record for points in a single game when they defeated Greenville, 125-119 in December.

2020-2021: Lovell Williams was selected WIAC men’s basketball Newcomer of the Year in a year that saw the regular season trimmed down to only eight regular season games, plus the WIAC Championship tournament, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

2019-2020: The Blue Devils went 6-19 and 2-12 in WIAC play. Stout topped UW-Whitewater in the season finale, overcoming a nine point deficit to win in the final seconds. Jon Ciriacks led the team in both scoring and in rebounding averaging 16.1 points per contest, a mark that placed him fifth in the conference. Ciriacks 21 times scored in double digits, seven times scored 20 points or more and dropped in 35 points in a non-conference game against Bethany Lutheran, a team that won their conference and advanced to the NCAA Division III tournament. Ciriacks was the team's leader in 3-pointers.

2018-2019: The Blue Devils went 6-19 Luke Geiger and Jon Ciriacks combined to average just over 26 points per game, with Geiger dropping in 13.8 points and Ciriacks, who earned all-WIAC honorable mention honors, scored 13.0 points. Ciriacks pulled down 6.6 rebounds per contest, ranking fifth in the WIAC. Geiger led Stout in 3-pointers made, averaging 2.13 long-range goals per game. Geiger hit seven 3-pointers when he scored a career-best 27 points against UW-Whitewater, Feb. 9. Geiger scored in double digits 19 times and four times surpassed 20 points. Ciriacks scored a near career-best when he dropped in 24 points against Whitewater, hitting six field goals with three 3-pointers and was a perfect 9-of-9 from the free throw line. Ciriacks scored a career-best 25 points against Northland College, Dec. 21. 
 

ASSISTANT COACHING CAREER


Rochester Christian Univerwity (2011-18): an assistant men's basketball coach for seven seasons (2011-18) at NAIA Rochester College in Rochester Hills, Mich., where he participated in all aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, recruiting, fundraising, budgeting, travel, scouting reports, practices and managing the junior varsity program. During Webb's tenure, he had a hand in recruiting and developing 12 Association of Independent Institutions all-conference selections, three Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) all-conference selections and five NAIA All-Americans. Rochester has had five players go on to play professionally in Europe. Since Rochester joined the NAIA, the men's basketball program has consistently been ranked or received votes in the NAIA poll, including a No. 4 ranking during the 2016-17 season. The has also been a major player in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), winning the Division I title in 2017-18 and 2012-13, and finishing second in 2014-15. During Webb's tenure at Rochester, the Warriors posted an overall record of 175-56. In addition to his basketball duties, Webb was the director of student recreation as the school was constructing their first student recreation center. He also facilitated all at-risk student-athlete academic progress, working along with the coaches and the tutoring center.
Purdue University-Northwest (2009-11): Webb was an assistant coach at NCAA Division II Purdue University-Northwest (formerly Purdue University-Calumet) in Hammond, Ind., for two years (2009-11)  Webb played a crucial role in the basketball program by heading up recruiting, film exchange and player development.

Webb has participated in a number of coaching clinics during his time at Rochester, and was also a part of the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan clinics, working with high profile coaches like John Beilein, Hubie Brown, Jamie Dixon, Tom Izzo. Stan Van Gundy, Jim Christian, and the late Rick Majerus, among others.

 

PLAYING CAREER


Webb was a four-year player on the Rochester College men's basketball team, and helped the team record four 20-win seasons, including a school-record 26 victories in his senior campaign. Webb also helped the Warriors earn four-straight USCAA national tournament appearances, while serving as the team captain on the 2008-09 squad that advanced to the national championship game.
 

PERSONAL


 A Michigan native, Webb is a 2009 graduate of Rochester College, earning his bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences. In 2022 Webb earned his masters of science in human resources development. Webb and his wife, Amy, and sons, Tanner and Paxton, reside in Menomonie.
