Clark Riedel begins his fourth year in 2021 as an assistant coach following a four-year career as a punter for the Blue Devils. During his first season as an assistant coach, Riedel saw two of his charges land on the all-WIAC first team, punter Shawn Magee and place kicker Drew Pearson, and in his second year, Alec Benzinger was a first team all-WIAC punter and second team D3football.com all district punter, leading the WIAC in punting. During his four-year stint, Riedel earned first team, second team and honorable mention all-WIAC honors. In 2016, Riedel earned all-district honors. Riedel has played two seasons in the professional Spring League as a punter.
