The 2013 season saw the emergence of tailback Adolfo Pacheco, who rushed for 965 yards, the most by a Blue Devil freshman since the 2000 season and the most by a true freshman in well over four decades. Pacheco earned second team All-WIAC honors, ranking third in the conference in rushing and ninth in scoring. Offensive lineman Devon Greiber was a first team All-WIAC pick and an all-region selection. Lineman David Reyes was a second team pick. Quarterback Hank Kujak was third in the WIAC in total offense with 2183 yards passing and 159 yards rushing. Kujak and wide receiver Trevor Morning were WIAC honorable mention selections. Morning wrapped up his career by catching at least one pass in every game his final three years.

Reeder came to UW-Stout in 2011 after serving as the defensive quality control coach at his alma mater, NCAA Division I Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Ill, during the 2010 season. Reeder worked with game planning, in addition to working with the defensive backs. He also worked with the defensive and special teams scout teams, did some work on the offensive side, working with quarterbacks.

Reeder played quarterback for Eastern Illinois in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and was the starting quarterback in 2007 and 2008. He was a member of NCAA playoff teams in 2007 and 2009, finishing his career with 3,741 passing yards which ranks ninth on the Panthers’ career list upon his graduation. He threw 23 touchdown passes and 356 career completions in 30 games played at Eastern Illinois.
