Bailey Roux begins his first year as an assistant coach in 2021 and will work with the offensive line.

Roux was a two-time All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) center during his playing career with the Blue Devils. A team captain, Roux started all three years he played with the Blue Devils, including his first home start during his freshman year when Stout upended fourth-ranked St. Thomas. Roux started all 29 possible games during his career. A National Football Foundation (NFF) scholar-athlete, Roux earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Rehabilitation and is currently working towards his master's degree.
