A master of changing positions during his four years as a Blue Devil, Aaron Kobes changes again in 2012, marking his first year as an assistant coach where he will work with the tight ends.
Kobes was recruited as a quarterback and saw limited action, but also lined up as a wide receiver early in his career. As a junior, Kobes crossed over to defense, lining up at safety where he was named a second team all-WIAC selection his senior season. Kobes led the team in tackles for loss in both his junior and senior season, tallying 8.0 as a junior and 9.5 as a senior, ranking in the top 10 in the league.
A business administration major with an emphasis in retail sales and marketing, Kobes is a Two Rivers native and a Michicot High School graduate.
