Indoor:  competed in 200m, 400m, 600m, and 800m... placed seventh in the 600m (1:35.79) at the Warren Bowlus Open...


2018: Outdoor: competed 400-hurdles, 800m and 4x400-relay...consistently around 1:03 in 400-hurdles...was just one one-hundredth of a second short career-best in 400-hurdles with time of 1:03.20 at WIAC Championship...set career-best 2:11.61 in 800m at Eagle Open.
Indoor: competed in 200m, 400m, 600m and 800m...ran career-best 55.78 in 400m at Warren Bowlus Open...ran career-best 1:31.13 in 600m at Bethel Invite...

2017: competed outdoor season only, competing in open 400m and 400m hurdles...qualified to WIAC Championship in 400m hurdles, finishing with time of 63.66...set season-best time of 1:03.19 at Phil Esten Challenge...clocked season best time of 56.09 in 400m at UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier...also competed in 4.400m relay.

High School: qualified for state in 4x4...conference champion in 4x400 and 4x800...four time conference champion...team won state football champion during senior season, won three conference championships...basketball team was three-time conference champion...

Personal: enjoys the outdoors, cooking and NASCAR...received Samuel E. Wood Medallion, a campus-wide award for students who exhibited an outstanding degree of leadership while at UW-Stout...Parents: Rod and Lisa Plenge.
