2020: did not compete during indoor season

2019:
Outdoor: competed in 1500-meter, 5000-meter, and 10000-meter...received individual All-Academic honors...finished third in the in the 10000-meter run with a time of 30:44.60, 15th in the 5000-meter with 15:48.84 in the WIAC Championship...
Indoor: competed in the one mile run, 3000-meter, and 5000-meter...finished sixth in the 5000-meter at the WIAC Championship with a time of 15:10.57...
 
2018:
Outdoor: finished first at WIAC Championship in 10,000m in time of 32:09.52... career high 10,000m time at Phil Esten Challenge with 31:23.36... competed in Mile with new best time 4:24.35 at Pointer Final Qualifier
Indoor: finished 4th in 3000m with career best 8:40.16 at WIAC Championship... competed in 5000 with season best 15:25.60 at The Showcase and also apart of the 4x400 relay team. 

2017:
Outdoor: finished fifth at WIAC Championship in 10,000m in time of 30:43.92...set top 10,000m time at Phil Esten with 32.30.74...finished 10th at WIAC Championship in 5000m in season best time of 15:24.14...finished second in 5000m at Ashton May Invite (15:32.91)...ran 1500m, finishing sixth at UW-Platteville Invite in time of 4:05.76
Indoor: set career-best finishes in mile and 3000m...finished fourth in mile at Stout Open in career-best time of 4:29.75...finished second at Big Dog Invite with career-best time of 8:58.15 in 3000m...finished 12th at WIAC Championship in 5000m in time of 15:47.47

2016: competed indoor only, running 800m and mile...ran career-best 2:05.47 to finish third at UW-Stout Open in 800m...recorded 4:31.42 Warren Bowlus Open for season-best time in mile run...also competed in 4.400m relay.
