2020: competed in five meets, predominately in mile and 3000m...placed sixth in mile at WIAC Championship (4:18.59)...took second in mile at Stout Open (4:21.82)...ran a season-best 8:54.54 at WIAC Championship...

2019:
Outdoor
did not compete during outdoor season. 
Indoor 
competed as member of distance medley relay team that broke school record and advanced to the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship where they placed 10th.

2018:
Outdoor
competed in 3000-meter steeplechase, recording career best 9:37.69, placing 4th at WIAC Championship...another career best in 1500m with a time of 3:58.81 at Phi Esten Challenge. 
Indoor 
competed in 3000m and mile, also apart of 4x400 relay team... finished 5th in mile with new career best 4:21.32 at The Showcase... ran 8:53.25 in 3000m season best time at WIAC Championship.

2017:
Outdoor
competed in 3000-meter steeplechase, recording 10:13.32, placing 10th at Phil Esten Challenge in first competitive steeplechase, topped that time with 14th place finish at WIAC Championship (10:01.88)...ran collegiate-best 4:10.50 in 1500m at Willie Williams Classic.
Indoor
competed in mile, 3000m and 800m, as well as member of 4x400m relay and distance medley relay...ran a season-best 4:26.93 to finish fifth in mile at Big Dog Invitational...ran 9:13.68 in 3000m at Warren Bowlus Open...placed fifth at Stout Open with 2:02.30.

2016: competed outdoor only, running 800m and 1500m...recorded season-best time of 2:00.24 in 800m at St. Mary's Open...recorded season-best time of 4:11.82 in 1500m at Phil Esten Challenge...also competed as member of 4x400m relay.

High School: two-time team MVP for track...two-time qualifier to state meet in cross country...first team all-conference cross country...all-area cross country performer...cross country team was four-time conference champion...cross country team two times advanced to state...second team, all-conference basketball...academic all-state...
