Why did you choose UW-Stout?: Coach Becky asked if I wanted to come for gymnastics. Also, the boarding slopes were five minutes closer to school from those in Colorado. Snow.
Something you may not know about me: Random dancing and singing occurs on a regular basis.
Started gymnastics at age: 3
As a child, I pretended to be: Never stopped pretending to be everything.
My favorite sporting event, other than UW-Stout gymnastics: Stout hockey, volleyball, football
My favorite food: Home cooked meals are pretty awesome.
If I were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would I take with me? A machete. A fully stocked first aid backpack kit and fishing wire. Apparently, all my teammates will be with me, since we were asked at the same time, so yay!!!
My favorite gymnasts are: It changes. Kristina Baskett has been the longest and most consistent.
My favorite gymnastics traditions: My father tells me the same things before every practice and every meet.
My most funny, memorable gymnastics story: Going surfing with my coach for the first time. He explained the timing of a wave in gymnastics terms so that I would understand how to be patient.
Community Service/Volunteer Activities: Relay for Life (HS), Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, children's marathons, marathons in Maui, Heile Makua (Key Club), Christmas gifts.
If I could be on a reality show, I would be on: None, I just want to do the stunts.
This offseason, I worked on: There is no such thing as an offseason in gymnastics.
