BLUE DEVIL CAREER
2025 (Junior) Indoor Track- 
competed in eight meets • season bests in the 60H (9.40) and the pole vault (3.97m) • USTFCCCA All-Region • placed second at NCAA DIII National Championships to earn All-American Honors • Outdoor Track- competed in eight meets • season bests in the 100H (15.49), and the pole vault of 4.00 meters • placed second at the WIAC Championships in the pole vault • USTFCCCA All-Region • placed third at NCAA DIII Nationals to earn All-American honors • CSC Academic All-District • USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete

2024 (Sophomore) Indoor Track- competed in seven meets • was named WIAC Field Athlete of the week when she won the pole vault at the UW-Stout Warren Bowlus Invitational with a vault of 13-1 3/4 (4.01m), breaking both school and facility records. That vault is ranked No. 1 on the NCAA Division III Honor Roll, the best indoor vault in conference history and ranks No. 13 in NCAA Division III history indoors • won the WIAC Championships in the Pole vault • USTFCCCA All-Region • placed fourth at NCAA DIII National Championships to earn All-American Honors • season best 60H time of 9.22 • Outdoor Track- competed in nine meets • season best vault of 3.81 meters • USTFCCCA All-Region • placed 11th at NCAA DIII Nationals to earn second-team All-American honors • CSC Academic All-District • USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete

Transferred to UW-Stout following a season at UW-Eau Claire and was eligible to play immediately in 2024.

BEFORE STOUT
2023 (Freshman): Indoor Track -
competed in seven meets • Season best in the pole vault at the WIAC championship with a 3.74m mark (12' 3.25") placing third • qualified for the NCAA Indoor national champions where she placed 19th •  60-meter hurdle season best of 9.41 seconds. Outdoor Track- competed in seven meets • at the Phil Esten Challenge she had a season best 3.62 meter pole vault (11' 10.5") and ran a 15.92 in the 100-meter hurdles. 

Spencer High School: 2021 and 2022 State Track meet runner up in pole vault • In 2019, placed 6th at state in 100m hurdles • 2021 and 2022 Cloverbelt Conference champion pole vault • 2021 and 2022 regional and sectional champion in pole vault • 2021 Cloverbelt Conference champion in 100m hurdles.

PERSONAL
From Spencer, Wis. • enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, photography/videography, spending time with family and friends • daughter of John and Jane Zastrow • sister Hannah also competes for UW-Stout, Brother Noah won a national championship for the Blue Devils in 2021
