This Week in Blue Devils Athletics: April 6-12

BASEBALL

The Blue Devils swept a pair of seven-inning games over North Central, winning 13-5 and 3-2.

Stout will host eight games this week at Wakanda Park. They welcome UW-Eau Claire on Monday, April 6, for a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m., UW-River Falls for two games on Wednesday, April 8, at 12 p.m., and UW-La Crosse for a four-game series April 11-12, starting at 12 p.m.

SOFTBALL

The Blue Devils softball team returns to action on Friday, April 10, traveling to Stevens Point, Wis., for a doubleheader with the Pointers, starting at 2 p.m. On Sunday, April 12, Stout will host a doubleheader against UW-Platteville, starting at 12 p.m. at Alumni Field on campus.

LACROSSE

The Blue Devils lacrosse team will host UW-River Falls on Friday, April 10 at Nelson Field for a 7 p.m. contest against the Falcons.

TENNIS

The Blue Devils tennis team will host a triangular on Saturday, April 11 at the South Tennis Courts. Stout will face Coe College at 10 a.m. and Gustavus Adolphus College at 2:30 p.m. If there is inclement weather, the matches will take place in the MPR.

FLAG FOOTBALL

The Blue Devils flag football team will open the 2026 season at the Saint Benedict Jamboree in St. Joseph, Minnesota, on Saturday, April 11. Stout will face Gustavus Adolphus College at 11:30 a.m., Augustana University (S.D.) at 1 p.m., and Concordia College (Minn.) at 2:30 p.m.

TRACK

The Blue Devils track and field team kicked off the outdoor season at the UW-La Crosse Ashton May Invite last Friday.

Next, the Blue Devils will compete at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 10-11. Stout will also participate in the Gene Glader Classic, hosted by Bethel University in Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Saturday, April 11.
