The Blue Devils blew out UW-River Falls 73-48 in their first home game of 2025. The Blue Devils (10-3, 1-1) and the Falcons (8-5, 0-2) played a highly competitive first half of basketball, as just one point separated the two sides with UW-Stout taking a 27-26 lead into the halftime locker room.  
 
The Blue Devils opened things up in the 3
rd quarter, exploding for 29 points, compared to just nine for the Falcons. The Blue Devils stifling defense and efficient shooting played a big role in extending their one-point lead at the half to a 21-point lead at the end of the third. The Blue Devils created 14 turnovers, while only giving the ball away seven times themselves.
 
The Blue Devils were able to put on cruise-control in the fourth quarter and extend thieir lead to 25, ultimately resulting in a 73-48 victory in the UW-Stout WIAC home-opener.  
Top Performers
	- Anna Mutch led all Blue Devils in scoring with 20 points on 7/9 shooting.
- Raegan Sorensen recorded 12 points and added 3 steals defensively.
- Sam Schaeffer had 9 rebounds, five points, four assists, and two blocks to round out a great all-around game.
