Luke Cool Named D3football.com Second-Team All-American

MENOMONIE – UW-Stout's kicker Luke Cool was selected to the 2024 D3football.com All-American Teams as a second-team selection.

Cool, a senior kicker from Franklin, Wis., was recently named second-team AP All-American to cap off an impressive record breaking career. In 2024, he led all of Division III with 21 made field goals, a school record and most in the WIAC since the 2011 season. He also has made 41 PAT's and led the league in scoring with 104 points. He twice tied his own school record with five field goals in a game against UW-Stevens Point and then No. 8 UW-Whitewater.

Overall, he holds seven school records:  Total points in a season (104), PATs (41) and field goals 21. He holds career records with 230 total points, 134 PATs and 48 field goals and most field goals in a game with five, a feat he accomplished three times.

In addition to the All-American honors, Cool was named 2024 D3football.com First-Team All-Region and being named the 2024 WIAC Co-Special Teams Player of the Year and first-team All-WIAC.
