MENOMONIE – The UW-Stout Women's Soccer team battled the College of St. Scholastica to 0-0 draw Sunday afternoon at Nelson Field.
Stout carried the momentum through a majority of the first half, recording ten shots with six on target, but were unable to solve the Saints goalkeeper Sydney Plemel who made six of seven saves in the opening half.

Kristen Silenzi picked up her second clean sheet in as many games, stopping the Saints only shot on target in the second half.
Stout finished with 15 total shot attempts with seven on target. CSS had four shot attempts with one on target.
UP NEXT
The Blue Devils will be back in action on Tuesday, Sept. 10 when they travel to Northfield, Minn. to face St. Olaf College. The match is set to start at 3:30 p.m.
