Blue Devil Men's Soccer Falls to River Falls in WIAC Tournament

RIVER FALLS – The UW-Stout men's soccer team fell 3-0 to UW-River Falls in the first round of the WIAC Tournament (Presented by Culver's) to wrap up their inaugural season.

Stout was out shot 21-2 in the opening half and ceded goals nine minutes apart to trail 2-0 at halftime. The Falcons added another goal late in the game to seal the opening round win.  

Stout had a couple of good chances in the second half, but couldn't finish.

Max Kutz made seven saves for the Blue Devils in the loss. River out shot Stout 31-13 and 11-4 shots on target.
