MOORHEAD – The UW-Stout men's soccer team battled to a 1-1 draw with Concordia-Moorhead Cobbers. Saturday afternoon.
Luca Jones scored his fourth goal of the season on a pass from
Cole Larsen in the 24
th minute to give Stout a 1-0 lead.
Stout held the lead into the second half, before Moorhead scored in the 53
rd minute to pull even at one. Both teams had chances late in the game, but neither team could find the go ahead goal.
Drew Connell and
Chase Holub each made three saves for the Blue Devils in 45 minutes each on the pitch.
UP NEXT
The Blue Devils will back in action tomorrow, Sunday, Oct. 27, when they travel to River Falls, Wis. to face the Falcons. The match is set to start at 1 p.m. at Ramer Field.
