Sorensen's Double-Double Leads Blue Devils to Blowout Win over #25 Stevens Point

The 17th ranked Blue Devils opened WIAC play with a convincing road win over No. 25 UW-Stevens Point Wednesday night. Raegan Sorensen recorded a 25-point 10 rebound double-double to lift the Blue Devils to their ninth straight win. Stout started fast, leading 10-0 at the first media timeout of the first quarter. Stout would hold the pointers to just five points in the opening frame to lead 17-5. Stout quickly took a 20-point advantage early in the second UWSP tried to keep the game from getting away and Stout led by 23 at the half. Stout would go on to lead by as much as 31 down the stretch as they rolled to the win.

  • Raegan Sorensen scored 25 points on 10-13 shooting. She added 10 rebounds, four steals, three blocks, and three assists. 
  • Lexi Wagner scored 13 points, three rebounds and a steal.
  • Sydney Brennan scored 13 points.
