Brody Fox scored on a driving layup as time expired to lift Stout to a 84-83 upset win over No. 9 Whitewater. Fox led all scorers with 35 as Stout was able to rally from down 17 to improve to 2-2 in WIAC play. After trading baskets for the first five minutes, UWW built a seven point lead. Stout trimmed the lead to two, But Whitewater was able to extend the lead to double digits and led by as much as 14 before
Jacob Walczak hit a triple just before the halftime buzzer to bring Stout within 11 at 46-35. Whitewater led by double-digits for most of the first 10 minutes of the second half, and led by 17 with 13:24 left to play. With 8:08 left to play
George Scharlau hit a three to bring Stout within seven. The teams then traded baskets, with Stout unable to get closer than five and UWW taking a ten point advantage with 4:27 remaining. Fox then made an and-1 layup and made the free throw to cut the UWW lead to three at 80-77. Stout then forced a turnover and
Aidan Shore tipped in a missed 3-point attempt to bring the score to 80-79 with 1:22 to play. Whitewater made only one of two free throws and Walczak connected on another triple to put the Blue Devils in front for the first time since early in the first half. UWW regained the lead with 8.8 to play and Stout called timeout to set up the final play with 4.2 left on the clock. Fox took the in bounds pass near the top of the key and drove down the left side of the lane and scored the game winning basket over three defenders to left Stout to the comeback win.

- Brody Fox led all scorers with 35 points on 13-20 shooting. He pulled down seven rebounds and had an assist and steal.
- Jacob Walczak made a career-high five triples, going 5-7 from beyond the arc for 18 points.Â
- Aidan Shore was 6-14Â from the floor for 12Â points, six rebounds and four blocks.Â
- George Scharlau had eight rebounds and seven points, two assists and two steals.Â
