Fox Scores 36 in 93-62 Romp Over Northland

The Blue Devils rolled to a 31-point win behind Brody Fox's 36 point performance and a 16-point, 12-rebound double-double from Aidan Shore. The teams went back and forth early on and Northland took a 21-17 lead midway through the first half. Stout immediately responded with a 10-0 run and never looked back. Stout took a 15 point lead into the halftime locker room. Stout opened the second half on a 9-2 run over the first 3:19 and maintained a 20-point advantage before pushing the lead to 30 plus in the final five minutes. 

Top Performers

• Brody Fox led all scorers with 36 points. He was 10-17 from the field and 16-18 from the charity stripe. He pulled down three rebounds and had three assists. 
• Aidan Shore recorded his second double-double in the last three games with a 16 point-12 rebound double-double He also had four blocks and three assists. 
• George Scharlau had 10 points, six rebounds and two steals. 
• Jordan Brennan led the Lumberjacks with 17 points.

• Stout shot 51.9 percent from the floor (31-56). Northland shot 33.8 percent (23-68).
• Stout out rebounded Northland 41-33. The Lumberjacks had 13 offensive rebounds but only scored five second chance points. 
• Brody Fox tied a school record with 16 made free throws.The record was set by Cal Glover during the 1971-70 season. Fox finished 16-18 from the line. 
• Fox made his first 15 in a row before missing the 16th, falling one short of tying the record for consecutive free-throw made also by Glover in the 1970-71 season
