The Blue Devil struggled offensively, shooting just 325 percent from the field to fall 51-47 in Washington University in St. Louis in the second game of the BSN Winter Classic in Oshkosh, Wis. Trailing 11-6 early in the first, Stout closed the quarter on a 10-2 run to take a 16-13 lead after one. WashU would use a strong second quarter to hold a seven-point advantage heading into the half. Stout trailed by as much as 11 before climbing all the way back to take the lead midway through the fourth. The teams traded baskets and WashU was able to hit free throws down the stretch to secure the win.
