 The Blue Devils suffered their first set back of the season in a 74-63 loss at Hope College. Stout and Hope battled through the first half, with the flying Dutchmen holding a seven point halftime lead. Stout would cut the lead to four early in the second half. but Hope was able to fend off the Blue Devils building a double digit lead and keeping Stout at arms length through the rest of the game.

• Jackson Noll ahd 13 points and thee assists.
• Aidan Shore scored 12 points, and had four blocks and four rebounds. 
• George Scharlau scored 11 points and pulled down six rebounds. 
• Brody Fox scored 11 points.
