WINONA, Minn. (September 25, 2019) -Â After a scoreless first half, St. Mary's (5-2-0) scored two goals within the first 20 minutes of the second half to take a 2-0 win over UW-Stout (2-5-0) Wednesday in Winona, Minn.

Claudia Anderson recorded nine saves, while the Cardinals' Gabriella Pederson had three saves.
The Cardinals' broke the deadlock just a few minutes into the second half when Cassie Arriaga scored in the 49th minute. St. Mary's made it a two goal game in the 66th minute on a goal by Jordyn Matthews.Â
The Blue Devils have the weekend off and return to action Tuesday, Oct. 1 when they travel to UW-Superior.Â
