Blue Devils open Loras tournament by winning both games

DUBUQUE, Iowa (September 11, 2015) - UW-Stout needed five sets to defeat Loras College, 26-24, 20-25, 25-22, 26-28, 15-13, to open the Loras College Invitational, then swept Wheaton College, 26-24, 25-13, 25-22, to complete the day.
 
Ashley Pratt (So, Lakeville, Minn) and Carly Troudt (So, Lino Lakes, Minn) had 11 kills and Olivia Jung (Jr, Andover, Minn) added 10 against Loras.

Molly Brion (Sr, Cameron) recorded a team-best eight kills over Wheaton College. Kennedy Strain (Fr, Elk River, Minn) had six kills, three solo blocks and three assisted blocks.

Stout (7-2) will meet Wartburg College and St. Mary's University, Saturday, Sept. 12 to close out the tournament.
