St. Benedict 3, UW-Stout 0
ST. JOSEPH, Minn. (September 15, 2013) - St. Benedict scored early, in the middle and late in the game to hand UW-Stout a 3-0 loss Sunday afternoon.
The 25th ranked Blazers scored in the first minute of the game, the 20th minute and again in the 84th minutes. Grace Vaughan opened the scoring and also closed out the scoring in the game. Aly Hoffman scored in the middle.

Robbie Shelby (Jr, La Crosse) made nine saves in the contest and the Blue Devils (2-5-0) were able to put the ball on frame, forcing St. Benedict goalie Heather Kaluzniak into 10 saves. Overall, the Blazers (4-0-1) outshot Stout, 21-18.
Stout will host Viterbo University, Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 7 p.m., then will open WIAC play when they host UW-Oshkosh, Saturday, Sept. 21 at 2 p.m.
