THIS WEEK'S GAMES: The Blue Devils (12-5, 0-1 WIAC) will be at UW-Superior (13-5, 0-3 WIAC), Wednesday, Oct. 2, then will host UW-Whitewater (16-5, 1-1 WIAC), Friday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. and UW-Oshkosh (11-4, 2-0 WIAC), Saturday, Oct. 5 at noon.

BLUE DEVILS LAST TIME OUT: The Blue Devils competed at the Wheaton Invitational on Sept. 27, and 28. Stout finished 3-1 on the weekend, earning wins over Trinity International, Rockford College, North Central and suffering a loss to Carthage College.
Karley Wiensch (Jr, Chippewa Falls) was named to the all tournament team after collecting 179 assists. In Friday's action against Rockford and Trinity International
Morgan Denny (Jr, Luck) put down 22 kills in the five-set win over Rockford, while
Laura Reiter (So, Lino Lakes, Minn) notched 25 kills in the four-set win over Trinity. Against Carthage, the Blue Devils were held to only .021 hitting percentage, with Denny leading Stout with seven kills, two solo blocks and one block assist. Against North Central Reiter finished with 15 kills
. Miranda Haug (Fr, Forest Lake, Minn) had 12 kills. Denny had nine kills, three solo blocks and three assisted blocks. |

A LOOK AT STOUT: UW-Stout currently holds a 12-5 record.
Laura Reiter leads the Blue Devils with 203 kills on the year, raising her average to 3.33 a game.
Karley Wiensch has 646 assists on the season. The defense is led by
Molly Brion (So, Cameron) and her 209 digs on the season, an average of 3.22 a game. Stout leads their opponents in several statistical categories including kills, assists, digs, and blocks.
Karley Wiensch was named to the Sugar Loaf Invitational all tournament team after collecting 99 assists in the first two matches of the season. She followed that up by being named to the Macalaster College all tournament team the following weekend. Wiensch was also named to the Wheaton Invitational all tournament team.
Laura Reiter was named to the St. Catherine Invitational all tournament team. The 2013 roster has zero seniors, but juniors

A LOOK AT UW-SUPERIOR: Superior currently holds a 13-5 overall record and a 0-3 WIAC record. The YellowJackets have compiled a current four match win streak. Superior leads the conference in service aces and are fourth in hitting percentage. Keely Deadrick has 41 service aces, which leads the WIAC. Deadrick's 636 assists leads Superior and her 34 blocks are good for second on the team. Brooke Vonasek leads the YellowJackets with 174 kills. Lauren Peterson is first on the team with 251 digs. |

Whitewater is 16-5 on the season and has a 1-1 conference record. The Warhawks lead the WIAC in assists and kills. They are second in blocks as well as third in hitting percentage. Ariel Feiertag's 205 kills lead the team. Kim Frei leads the conference with 738 assists. Alivia Holman's 105 total blocks are also tops in the conference. |

Jill Jolliff (360-309) is in her 21st season with the Blue Devils and has the most wins of any UW-Stout volleyball coach.
