Molly Brion (Fr, Cameron) and
Morgan Denny (So, Luck) combined for 25 kills as UW-Stout easily raced past Crown College, 3-0, for the second team in a week.
At the St. Catherine Invitational Friday, the Blue Devils vanquished the Storm, 25-12, 15-15, 25-18..
Brion finished with 13 kills, while Morgan added 12.
Karley Wiensc (So, Chippewa Falls) had 35 assists and a pair of service aces.
Last week at the Hamline University tournament, the Blue Devils also defeated Crown, 3-0.
The Blue Devils lost the second match of the day, 25-12, 25-22, 27-25.
Kate Mikutowski (Sr, Stillwater) had 13 kills to lead Stout.
Stout will play Bethany Lutheran and Hamline University on the final day of the tournament.
