SUPERIOR (October 8, 2010) - UW-Stout swept Finlandia University and snapped a 15 game losing streak Friday in a triangular at UW-Superior.
Tori Sandstrom (So, Cary, Ill) had 13 kills as Stout defeated the Lions, 25-17, 25-15, 25-9.
Hope Weilage (So, Marshall, Minn) had nine kills and
Mallory White (St. Joseph, Minn) had 34 assists.
Earlier in the evening, Stout lost in five games to UW-Superior, 26-24, 14-25, 26-24, 18-25, 15-11. Sandstrom again led the Blue Devils at the net with 15 kills. White had 47 assists.
Stout will be at UW-Stevens Point, Friday, Oct. 15.
