UW-Stout 1, UW-Oshkosh 1 (2OT)
OSHKOSH (September 27, 2008) - UW-Stout scored the first goal of the game, but UW-Oshkosh added a goal later in the first half and the two teams finished in a 1-1 tie Saturday.
Katie Ness (So, River Falls) scored with an assist from Ali Sonsteby (So, Clearwater, Minn) 17 minutes into the first half.
The Titans (5-2-2, 1-0-1) came back with a goal by Carmen Firodellisi in the 34th minutes.
Jessica Halverson (Sr, Delano, Minn) recorded 10 saves on the day for the Blue Devils (4-4-2, 2-1-1). The Titans' Brittany Walder recorded seven saves. Oshkosh, overall, outshot Stout, 23-15.
Stout will be at Gustavus Adolphus, Wednesday, Oct. 1 and return home to host UW-La Crosse, Saturday, Oct. 4 at 4 p.m.
