Nationally ranked Titans sweep Blue Devils

OSHKOSH  (September 19, 2008) - UW-Oshkosh picked up lucky 13 win with a 3-0 win over UW-Stout Friday at the Kolf Sports Center.

The 10th-ranked Titans (13-0, 1-0) trailed only once in any of the three sets as they took a 25-15, 25-20, 25-14, win over the Blue Devils (2-9, 0-1). The Titans had a solid night at the net, recording seven solo blocks and eight block assists.

Stout's Steph Nichols (So, Greendale) and Oshkosh's Kelsey Mauer each had seven kills.

Stout will be at UW-Whitewater, Saturday, Sept. 20.
