Blue Devils fall twice at La Crosse

LA CROSSE  (November 1, 2008) - UW-Stout dropped both sides of a triangular as they lost 3-0 to both UW-La Crosse and to Augustana College Saturday at the UW-La Crosse Triangular.

The Eagles downed Stout, 25-22, 25-22, 25-23, and the Vikings defeated Stout, 25-19, 25-20, 25-20. 

Jenna Swanson (Jr, Hayfield, Minn) had 11 kills to lead Stout (5-24) against the Eagles. In the loss to the Vikings, Swanson finished with 10 kills, while Steph Nichols (So, Greendale) had 12 kills.

Stout will be at UW-Eau Claire, Tuesday, Nov. 4 to participate in the quarterfinals of the WIAC tournament.
