UW-Stout's Emily Cunningham finished 16th to earn all-North Regional honors as the Blue Devils placed eighth at the NCAA Division III North Regional Meet at Whitetail Golf Course Saturday. Cunningham paced the Blue Devils with a time of 22-minutes, 36.43-second on the 6-kilometer course, a collegiate-best for the freshman. The race was the third time the Blue Devils competed on the Whitetail course and Cunningham topped her time from two weeks ago on the same course at the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Cross Country Championship when she finished at 23:03.3. Cunningham's previous best time came at the Augustana Invitational when she ran 22:50.7.  Cunningham will compete at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship Saturday, Nov. 20 in Louisville, Ky.
