One of the real building blocks of Blue Devil hockey. A member of the first intercollegiate squad in 1969, his outstanding contributions to the program continue to this day. His leadership skills were recognized immediately. He was selected most valuable skater in 1969-70, and he captained the squad for three seasons. His 95 points rank this hard-skating defenseman second in all-time career scoring. He also leads in career assists with 54.
