A finalist for the 1998 Gagliardi Trophy, Matt Bunyan left UW-Stout with eight passing records, including the most touchdowns thrown in a career, 85. In 1997, Bunyan led the entire NCAA Division III in total offense with 3216 yards and finished his career with a pass efficiency rating of 138.49. Five times over his career, Bunyan threw more than 400 yards in a game and 12 times exceeded 300 yards.
